The Anthroposphic Art Therapy (consisting of the visual, musically, and linguistically therapeutic way), forms one approach next to others within the wide field of Art Therapies. In her specification it has the Anthroposphic principle of loooking at mankind and bases on the knowledge of the Anthroposophic medicine. As one approach of Art Therapy it bases on the principle of art as therapy and has in common with all other methodical approaches the interaction of patient, therapist and creative-artistic process and work.

Research of these interactions deepens and increases the base of each approach of Art Therapy. Some of the following institutes, projects, references and publications are founded on the Anthroposophical approach, some are not specified or some have an overlapping  approach.
